Several universities are encouraging students to work on technology ventures that support financial inclusion.

UC Berkeley’s SCET is running a Collider Program and initiated a Financial Inclusion Collider project in September 2016 that aims to work on fintech solutions that may act as game-changers, proposing customized, effective & profitable solutions for credit that would increase global credit and financial access.

SCET also ran a Financial Inclusion Collider Project with Singapore’s NTU and Hong Kong’s HKUST in May / June 2016.
